You can solo bounties/HP champs with any class, I'm sure. But certainly some seem to have an easier time of it. Without having tried them all for this purpose I can't say for certain, but having done about 80% of the PoF bounties solo (including legendaries) and 100% of the HoT HP champions, Mirage is pretty well set up to do it. Soulbeast is useful enough to be meta at the moment. Soulbeast works great for soloing PvE content and even in PvP. In Fractals you can also play Druid (healer). Engineer has seen worse days. Scrapper is nice for soloing content, especially Story and Open World. High sustain, even on full-dps gear. A mostly Air focused elementalist build for open world, the Fresh Air Tempest has massive area of effect spells, single target burst, and great defensive utilities to keep them alive. The Fresh Air trait allows you to incur the 20 second cooldown from Overloading Air Attunement but recharge it the instant you crit outside of Air Attunement. So I want to aks you guys what class/spec is best and fun for dungeons and fractals and even events arround the map and other pve thingsjust all round pve. A lot of PVE class discussion on here revolves around high end PVE content, mainly Tier 4 Fractals, Strikes, and Raids. In high end PVE, you will never play ranged for the most part, even if you're using a ranged weapon, because DPS stack on each other in melee range to receive buffs. 1Ajy.
